Design and Software Development of a Labeling Line
The robotic labeling system developed for kitchen products (pans, pots, etc.) takes the products from the storage unit and ensures that the labels are adhered to the desired points homogeneously and without errors. While this system increases speed, hygiene and quality, it optimizes the use of adhesives with the hotmelting method. Unlike traditional adhesive papers, the formation of residue is eliminated by spraying adhesive only when needed. The system has a flexible structure that can be customized in accordance with customer demands and offers high efficiency.
The use of adhesive papers in traditional labeling methods leads to increased costs and the formation of waste material. In addition, manual processes are inadequate in terms of speed, hygiene and quality, increasing the rate of defective products. This situation reduces efficiency in production processes and limits the ability to respond quickly to customer expectations.
